The largest developer on the Southern end of the lake.  Duke Energy created Lake Keowee in the 1970s and Crescent Resources is a subsidiary of Duke Energy for the purpose of land development on the lake.  They have been creating very well appointed  lake front communities for nearly twenty years.  All have beautiful, professionally landscaped, stone entryways to welcome folks home.  Several communities have clubhouse, pool, tennis, and walking trails, while others do not... there is a different lifestyle for everyone’s taste.  Most all have boat slips for interior lot owners.  All communities have underground utilities, county roads, and city water.
